IMPACT
- IMPACT is a web-based tool used to declare work activities to the concerned coordination team and to limit the co-activity hazards.
Note that:- In order to access and work in the n_TOF experimental areas, people need to be part of an IMPACT validated by the coordination team
- All n_TOF members belonging to the ntof-members egroup, are part of an IMPACT validated for the whole year, so no further action is requested from their side
- In same special cases, like for example when working with highly radioactive samples, Radiation Protection might ask for a dedicated IMPACT allowing access only to few selected people. The IMPACT number has to be used to activate the eventual operational dosimeter that RP might request to wear under specific circumstances.
